Dear G & G,
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!! It was brilliant and enjoyed by everyone. A special thanks to the chefs who cooked and provided food; the children said it was delicious (but healthy). (There were compliments from the adults too who had anticipated Burgers.) It just looked so good. Funny how things go; as always the handed round desserts hit the spot, but we had people from the deep south who wanted to know about the sweet potato biscuits. One child was overwhelmed with the asparagus. So many stayed over that we served dinner; lucky that I anticipated "Bangers and Mash with Baked Beans, enough to feed an army or children who had spent the day in the pool or maybe their parents! From the sublime to the ridiculous!!! Thank you so much too, to Ernie and Bridget who let me enjoy the party.

You handled a big wedding in a small area the best I have ever seen. Hope you were not too stressed. It looked easy and flawless. A few of our guests who are professional planners and caterers kept commenting how excellent the buffet (which I never saw) looked and how perfect the food presentation was and of course I did eat so I did not need them to tell me the food was superb. Thank you so much for all you did. Your staff was also excellent. The bar tenders had many comments on their kindness, speed and professionalism.

I will look forward to working together again in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding day which took a long time coming meet all our dreams!

You (and I am pretty experienced having been a cater, worked for caterers and hired many caterers) just simply are FANTASTIC, the best! Yes, push play is all that will be required.

Breaking down some tables may really work! Will know more about how many…after we set up Thursday and Friday.

Thanks for being willing to manage that and the punch glasses!! CANNOT WAIT…I am so excited. You are getting a SHOUT out on Coleman’s facebook page today as being AMAZING.

We got a lot of positive comments about everything, and I especially loved your spinach artichoke dip and the pita chips. And the cookies were awesome too (I sampled each kind). Now that I have recovered (somewhat) from the events of Saturday, I wanted to thank you and your wonderful staff for a job well done. We could not have been more pleased with the food, with the service, and with the hard work all of you did that evening. And we all agreed that you were absolutely correct about everything: the fact that you have a very accomplished staff (so many people commented on that), the amount of food, the amount of liquor and wine (we thought we would need more, so have had quite a bit left over), and the fact you and your staff could have in fact gotten all the tables set up. And we appreciated the great clean up your staff did. Best of all, my very particular husband declared that the oysters were absolutely delicious!

While I do not plan to do any more entertaining for quite some time, you may be sure I plan to recommend your business highly!

I would like to personally thank you for your services with our dinner on March 3, 2010. Although I did not personally have the opportunity to sample the food I did however receive word that it was highly praised and on a scale of 1 to 10 it received a 10. 

I would also like to thank you for the prompt service and response as well as your suggestions for the menu when changes were needed to be made. I will definitely keep you and your company in mind for future use.

Only suggestion I may have for you is to maybe leave some cards for guest to contact your company. I am sure that some of the people in attendance would have liked contact information for your company.

Everyone raved about the delicious dishes you prepared, the freshness of the vegetables, the taste and tenderness of the chicken, and the wonderful crab cakes (and I make darn good crab cakes myself!), not to mention the great hard shell crabs. Not only was the food delicious, but many people commented on how pleasant, sweet, and easy going you were, as well as your staff Sally and Michelle. And you cleaned up so well that I didn't have to do a thing in my kitchen for it to be ready for me to cook breakfast the next morning for our many house guests! Thanks for that too!
